Satria Neo CamPro Team

It has been a while since I last posted in my blog. Yes blogging is fun when you have ideas on what to write to trigger the crowd. Well, I would like to write about the recent team that I had joined recently with my beloved wife. Satria Neo CamPro team, is the name of the new club that we joined. It is synonymous with the model of car that we drive currently a Satria Neo M-Line Automatic. It is not about the ride I am going to touch in here but the uniqueness of this club, something different than others. My journey with this club had just begun and this is the story about me and Satria Neo CamPro Team.

Satria Neo CamPro Team or known as SNCT is another club formed to color and spice up the arena of automotive of Malaysia. This club is unique and has its own way of attracting people to join them. I first joined in late October 2011 bearing SNCT-163 as my membership number, making me the 163rd  members to join the crowd. This club consists of energetic youngsters who have big dreams in upbringing SNCT way to its hall of fame. Formed in as early as June 2011, this club now chants in the air among the Satria Neo lovers to make friends as well as getting to know their car in depth. Well being the 163rd members in a row, I saw potentials in this club that they can actually go far beyond their standing point now. Not belittling other club because each clubs has its own advantages, same goes with this club of mine.

The first big event my wife and I even joined was the Cameron Highlands Mega TT 2011. Approximately 60 Satria Neos gathered from the Kuala Lumpur to as far as Johor state to make this mega get together a huge success. This marked the beginning of another stepping stone for this club to go far. I was among the participants and I must say that the trip was a well planned one and it was the first time ever I joined in a big convoy. Marshals although they drove like maniacs on the road however I was impressed with their effort merely to ensure those in convoy are safe and sound. It was a big success for them to have this organized. Although exhausted we really had a lot of fun there. 

One event after another, we made yet another hall of fame when we were exclusively invited by both government and private organizations to join their events. We were given the first class treatment as well as first class podium parking for us to feature our cars there and at the same time too draw the crowds who own Satria Neo who would like to join the club. The recent event we were exclusively invited was the event that was organized by Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung (GPMS) at Putrajaya Convention Center and we honored to have met Dato Seri Utama Dr Rais Yatim in person and SNCT was given the privilege to attend this state of the art program organized by GPMS.

As of now, we are busy preparing for our second grand event, the Lotus Big Splash Family Getaway day which will be held at Desaru, state of Johor. This is our second mega TT and this time, our destination, southern getaway and this is time for us to recruit more members down south and promoting this club further. We will be there for three days and I can sense another hall of fame made by SNCT in this event. What is it? Stay tuned.
